Responsibilities
Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate leads
Perform exterior home inspections (roofing, siding, gutters)
Identify storm damage or aging materials
Educate homeowners on restoration options and processes
Assist with insurance claims when applicable
Close sales and manage customer follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Motivated, reliable, and goal-driven
Comfortable working outdoors and face-to-face with homeowners
Valid driver's license
Successful completion of a background investigation
Review of the candidate's motor vehicle record (MVR)
