Responsibilities
Implement new features and maintain overall software quality within an agile squad
Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and follow community best practices and standards
Research and resolve customer issues while keeping current on relevant technology trends
Create and maintain clear technical documentation and support continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field (or comparable experience) with ~0–5 years of software development
Knowledge of object‑oriented design; experience with one or more languages (e.g., COBOL, SAS, or other open‑system languages)
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL; understanding of the full SDLC and secure development practices
Experience with version control (preferably Git/GitHub) and basic networking/firewall concepts
Exposure to ETL or file movement via sFTP; familiarity with Snowflake tools (Elevate, Switchboard, DBT) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to follow policies and procedures within risk appetite
Mindset of collaboration, learning, and standards compliance within communities of practice
Agile Business Analysis
