S2M3 Consulting Corporation is a leading Information Technology Consulting and Solution Provider, seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. The role involves expanding market presence, driving revenue growth through selling software and consulting solutions, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through strategic demand generation activities—prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process from first contact through qualification, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leaders and decision-makers across enterprise accounts
Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients for ongoing satisfaction, cross-selling, and repeat business
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery discussions to identify client challenges and align S2M3’s solutions to their strategic goals
Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an active pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and manage all activity within a CRM platform
Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies
Collaborate Across Teams: Work jointly with technical engineers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
5-7 years proven experience in technology sales, preferably in software or IT services
Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise decision cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently within a remote/virtual sales environment
Preferred
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, SuiteCRM, etc
Familiarity with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, virtualization & containers, platforms, or modern infrastructure technologies
Understanding of demand generation strategies and digital sales tools
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and ROI
Familiarity with Open Source Distribution
