Associate Brand Manager

Responsibilities
Assist Brand Managers in strategic planning, market research, consumer insights, KPI tracking, product and packaging initiatives, pricing analysis, distribution planning, and retail/shopper marketing
Support Finance and Brand Managers with routine financial reporting, P&L tracking, budget administration, and preparation of core brand documents
Maintain and distribute key brand resources—annual plans, quarterly brand assessments, and brand standards—on shared platforms
Coordinate the execution of brand projects from briefing through delivery, including vending, racking, point-of-sale signage, trade/adult consumer premiums, event materials, and other sales/marketing collateral
Work with Marketing Operations to help manage agency/vendor relationships, marketing materials inventory, production forecasts, tradeshow and event planning, and marketing technology tools
Support Business Analytics in compiling market trends, competitive analysis, brand performance reports, and social/digital insights to guide decision-making
Assist Sales and Trade teams with tactical support for distribution initiatives, prepare communications for the sales force, and gather sales feedback to inform brand plans
Help facilitate brand-related communications across the organization and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day brand updates
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of related marketing or sales experience with a basic understanding of brand strategy, consumer segmentation, market research, and marketing communications
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating presentations and status updates
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong follow-up and execution mindset
Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across departments
Basic understanding of financial concepts and exposure to brand-level reporting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Travel: Up to 20%
Preferred
General familiarity with regulated or age-restricted industries preferred but not required
