Responsibilities
Define and execute the MEP delivery strategy across hyperscale and mission-critical projects
Build and lead a high-performing MEP team: engineers, project managers, superintendents, and technical specialists
Ensure MEP design, construction, and commissioning excellence on projects from pursuit through closeout
Partner with project leadership and business development to support client relationships and repeat work
Oversee portfolio performance, including cost, schedule, quality, and safety across multiple geographies
Serve as the technical and executive face of MEP delivery for clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Data center / mission-critical construction expertise with 5+ years in senior MEP leadership roles
Proven success in delivering large-scale, MEP-intensive Data Center projects ($100M+), preferably fast-track
Deep expertise in MEP systems, redundancy-driven construction, and commissioning
Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams in a GC, EPC, or Owner's Rep setting
Strong client network and technical credibility in the mission-critical sector
