Responsibilities
Pick customer orders
Receive and consolidate inbound material
Safely complete outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, loading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality and attention to detail
Check picking labels for accuracy and inspect items for defects or damages
Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
Drive an electric forklift and reach truck
Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards
Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
Follow all safety rules
Act professionally and remain focused
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age
Able to read and comprehend safety instructions and communicate effectively in English to support workplace safety and efficiency
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, and attendance
Must be comfortable using inventory computer software
Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
Responsible for any additional duties assigned
Warehouse: 2 years (Required)
