Responsibilities
Drive Product Strategy & Clarity
Co-own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for key areas of the RISE platform
Bring a clear, informed point of view rooted in customer value, business needs, and technical context
Navigate the balance between preserving critical benefits from legacy products and advancing a new, AI-forward product strategy
Lead Discovery & Problem-Solving
Work directly with brokers, agents, enterprise customers, and internal stakeholders to understand complex and sometimes competing needs
Distill insights into crisp problem statements and outcome-driven roadmaps
Validate concepts through prototypes, testing, and hands-on learning with customers
Execute with Focus
Partner closely across product, design, engineering, and customer success to shape epics, write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and deliver iterative value
Maintain a high bar for quality while keeping momentum
Make thoughtful trade-offs and bring decisions to closure
Use AI, Data, & Automation to Drive Real Value
Identify practical, high-impact opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve agent productivity and workflows, aligned with our broader AI strategy
Work with engineering and data teams to bring these capabilities to life
Influence Across the Organization
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive clarity, support launches, and improve adoption
Navigate multi-stakeholder conversations with confidence and respect-bringing people along while keeping the work moving
Communicate progress, risks, and insights clearly with stakeholders and executives
Measure, Learn, and Iterate
Define KPIs and instrumentation for your areas of ownership
Use data to guide decisions, run experiments, and demonstrate impact
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS (PropTech is a plus; curiosity about real estate is even better)
Strong product judgment-you can get to the root of a problem, understand constraints, and shape solutions that make sense
Excellent communication skills: clear, direct, and comfortable navigating complexity
A track record of working effectively across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to launch impactful product experiences
Ability to influence with or without authority and build alignment across diverse personalities and teams
Comfort operating in environments with legacy considerations, evolving strategies, and high expectations
High energy, resilience, and a genuine bias toward action
A hands-on approach: you're senior enough to lead, experienced enough to know what matters, and grounded enough to do the work
