Responsibilities
Identify new Treasury Management (TM) relationships externally as well as internally
Produce a proposal with an analysis statement review and competitive CM pricing/products/services
Cross-sell Treasury Management products and bring new ideas to existing clients
Retain and deepen existing Member relationships
Communicate expectations and timelines effectively when onboarding new clients or new products
Review and recommend business deposit products and treasury management services based on current and emerging industry trends
Perform annual reviews and risk assessments for remote deposit capture, wire and ACH relationships
Participate in analysis comparison, sales direction and business prospect and member meetings
Conduct benchmarking analysis and make recommendations for rates and product features
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of banking experience in Business Banking, Cash Management or Treasury Management
Demonstrated knowledge of Treasury Management solutions, and well versed in products that support businesses with automation, account reconciliation, and efficiencies gained by implementing banking technology
Ability to independently generate Treasury Management leads and prospects
Ability to clearly understand and articulate client needs, resulting in delivering solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for presentations
Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities and manage a variety of duties in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail
Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position; must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
