Responsibilities
Web research: One large part of this role involves researching healthcare concepts and institutions and organizing them into hierarchies and establishing other relationships between them
Data quality: The company indexes publicly available information about doctors and other providers, and part of this role is to review the information to ensure that it is correct, and to help build new data sets
Other: Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) testing software and responding to support requests
Qualification
Required
Ability to research healthcare concepts and institutions
Organizational skills to create taxonomies and hierarchies
Attention to detail for data quality review
Ability to test software and respond to support requests
Polite communication skills to handle support requests
Preferred
Experience in internet research
Experience in quality assurance
Experience as an administrative assistant
