Principal Business & System Process Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise and domain-level business process assessments to identify opportunities for modernization, simplification, and automation
Conduct structured requirements elicitation and develop detailed artifacts including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
Analyze current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks and failure modes, and design future-state processes leveraging enterprise technologies (RPA, BPM/workflow engines, case management platforms, API-driven architectures, etc.)
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to build business and technical sequence flows and end-to-end journey maps that reflect both user and system interactions
Develop business cases, benefit analyses, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to quantify value and track operational outcomes
Support delivery through UAT planning, scenario design, validation of implemented workflows, and continuous feedback loops with product and engineering teams

Required

Business & System Process Analysis & Modeling (BPMN preferred)
Workflow Redesign & Optimization
Business Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
End-to-End Journey Mapping & Service Blueprinting
Data-Driven Process Insight & Performance Measurement
Systems Analysis & Technical Requirements Evaluation
Ability to understand system integrations, data flows, and dependencies
Experience translating complex needs into actionable, technology-aligned designs

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, continuous improvement, or product strategy/consulting
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional process transformation initiatives
Experience designing or delivering automation using RPA, BPM, low-code/no-code, or workflow orchestration technologies a strong plus
