Provide consistent, actionable coaching to phone sales representatives, focusing on one-call closes and calendar control
Oversee and participate in high-volume outbound calling campaigns to warm leads, ensuring optimal performance and conversion rates
Develop, track, and manage KPIs to monitor team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Strategically guide the team in booking appointments and managing calendars to maximize sales opportunities
Utilize metrics and performance data to tailor coaching strategies at a granular level, ensuring personalized development for each team member
Maintain meticulous records and reports, ensuring efficient tracking of sales activities and results
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management and sales coaching role within a remote phone sales environment
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with demonstrable success in one-call closes and high-volume calling
Exceptional organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail, time management, and the capability to manage multiple priorities
Extensive experience in coaching and developing sales representatives, with a focus on personalized, granular coaching techniques
