Responsibilities

Review transaction documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with RCM policies and procedures
Respond to service inquiries and provide tutorial support for front office and home office teammates with questions related to transaction processing
Review inflight transactions for compliance with internal / external policies and regulations
Create and review control reporting and escalate issues for resolution
Produce team metrics and report trends to senior management
Participate in project management functions including requirements gathering, testing, and communication planning and execution
Research fraud claims and work with internal/external partners to recover losses

Required

3+ years of Operational or Service experience, required
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organization
Highly motivated, self-starter that possess the ability to work independently and has a desire to drive operational excellence
Acute attention to detail
Exceptional ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines
Must be able to work well under pressure and exercise sound judgment and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements
Detailed working knowledge of MS Office Suite tools
Experience collaborating with a team to achieve a common goal
A creative and analytical thinker with an execution mindset passionate about identifying opportunities and driving change
Intellectually curious, high energy, driven, ambitious
Adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity
Outstanding communication (written and verbal); exceptional interpersonal abilities, team player, works well across teams

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Banking or financial services experience preferred
Security-based lending (Margin and Non-purpose Lending) experience preferred
