Senior LevelThe University of Pittsburgh's McGowan Institute of Regenerative Medicine is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Associate to join Subhadip Ghatak's lab. The role involves conducting research on exosomal crosstalk in tissue repair and regeneration, requiring independent and collaborative project work, as well as preparation of manuscripts and grant applications.

Conduct research on independent and collaborative projects studying exosomal crosstalk in tissue repair and regeneration
Interpret results and prepare manuscripts
Aid in the preparation of grant applications
Qualification
Required
PhD in Biology, biochemistry, or chemistry
Experience in the study of nanotechnology with evidence of publication history in nano characterization, microscopy
Willingness to work with animals and human subjects
Ability to work independently or with very limited supervision
Ability to multitask and show interest in contributing to several projects ongoing in the lab
Conduct research, interpret results, prepare manuscripts, and aid in the preparation of grant applications
Expertise in all basic laboratory techniques
Command of the English language
Good interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Critical thinking ability
Evidence of experience and good writing skills through first-author publications in peer-reviewed journals
Proficiency in computer software usage, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical packages
