Responsibilities
Prepare plans and specifications for structural projects across various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
Practical application of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the structural engineering field including engineering formulas and skills
Organize, design, and detail projects to produce a complete set of drawings
Conducts thorough research, and write detailed reports/opinions, including due diligence investigations and code studies
Utilize various engineering related computer software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a proven track record of leading complex projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including in Autodesk applications, preferably Revit
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
Outstanding communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
Works well within a team environment
