Responsibilities

Manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of eCommerce clients—delivering actionable guidance on media strategy, budget allocation, and testing implementation
Translate complex measurement concepts (e.g., incrementality, MMM, MTA) into clear recommendations that drive client adoption and business results
Conduct regular business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and drive product expansion within your book of business
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support seamless onboarding and ongoing client enablement
Execute on established frameworks and playbooks while identifying opportunities to refine and improve client-facing processes
Surface client feedback and market insights to inform product development and CS best practices
Contribute to case studies, client presentations, and success stories that demonstrate platform value

Required

3-5 years of experience in Client Success, marketing strategy, or performance media (brand, agency, or platform side)
Track record of managing client relationships and driving retention and expansion
Strong knowledge of paid media strategy and platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging channels
Exposure to or interest in marketing measurement and experimentation (e.g., incrementality testing, attribution, MMM)
Strong communication skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems
Demonstrated success managing B2B client relationships and driving measurable outcomes
Strong understanding of paid media platforms and performance marketing
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup environment

Preferred

Prior experience with marketing measurement tools or attribution platforms
Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
Background in media planning, analytics, or marketing operations
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or experimentation methodologies
