Mid LevelW3Global is seeking a CNC Programmer & Machine Operator specializing in 3Axis and 5Axis operations. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to mill plastic injection molds, resin models, and aerospace parts.

Responsibilities
Program and operate CNC machines for mold and part production
Contour milling of molds in aluminum and steel
EDM trode design and CNC sinking (bonus skill)
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
Ensure quality control and adhere to safety protocols
Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in CNC programming and 3Axis / 3+2 Axis machining
Experience with WORK NC, CIMATRON, or POWERMILL (at least one)
Familiarity with FANUC, SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN controls
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience cutting plastic injection molds in aluminum and steel is required
Preferred
Additional skills in EDM and electrode cutting are a plus
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 compliance is advantageous
