Technical Project Manager Contractor
BrainChip is seeking a Technical Project Manager Contractor for a 6-8 month contract to cover a leave of absence. The role involves leading and managing complex technical software/hardware programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and overseeing project integration into existing processes.

Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and deliver complex technical Software/hardware programs utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals
Clear understanding of the business landscape, knowing industry trends relevant to the program area
Aligning program goals with the organization's overall strategy and objectives
Oversee the integration of technologies into existing business processes, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and deliver expected outcomes
Develop and manage detailed project plans for cross functional projects, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, BOM’s and budget; ensuring projects remain within financial boundaries while delivering expected results
Drive sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management, to drive continuous program delivery and improvement
Lead cross-functional Agile teams in the development of solutions, fostering collaboration, innovation, and efficient execution of the project
Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders on program progress, including milestones, potential challenges, and key achievements.Including the business impact to the organization
Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success
Apply PMBOK framework alongside Agile practices to manage the project lifecycle, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the organization’s goals
Manage code reviews, check-ins and data stream builds
Qualification
Required
5-6 years managing complex and cross functional technical projects in AI
PMI certification (do not apply if not certified)
B.S. in Engineering or relate technical degree
Ability to generate cross functional budgets
Experience with AI projects
Communication, leadership, project management, risk management, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, adaptability, critical thinking and time management
Creation of project charter, WBS and technical documentation
Preferred
SCRUM certification
Six Sigma certification is a plus
