Job skills will be assessed and validated by their trainer and the SPS Site Manager before completion of the training program

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must obtain 'Sterile Processing Distribution Technician Certification' from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution Inc. (CBSPD) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from IAHCSMM within 24 months of hire (in accordance with CT state law)
