Responsibilities

Gather and document technical requirements and specifications
Develop one or more Salesforce-related enhancements within the scope of a defined project
Present deliverables for review and outline deployment plan
Assist other Salesforce teams within the company

Required

Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship
Majoring in Data Science, Information Management, Information Technology or a related degree program (current masters student in these areas preferred)
Working knowledge of Salesforce Apex, DX, and related technologies (Salesforce certifications a plus)
Knowledge regarding Salesforce Sales Cloud (CPQ), Experience Cloud (Communities), Revenue Cloud (Billing) a plus
Working knowledge of GIT version control
Understanding of billing and shopping cart systems a plus
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or equivalent applications
Exceptional willingness to learn or enhance knowledge of skillsets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized
Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to 'internal client' and customer service principles
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must have legal right to work in the U.S
