Records and Information Management Evaluation Team Lead
QualX LLC is seeking a Records and Information Management Evaluation Team Lead to develop and manage the DRMD RIM Evaluation Program. The role involves providing technical direction to a team, coordinating evaluations, and preparing comprehensive reports on findings.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the DRMD RIM Evaluation Program, including evaluation schedules, documentation of procedures, and conducting of interviews with DON commands
Provide technical direction to a team of 3-4 analysts supporting the RIM Evaluation Program and assign evaluation workload appropriately to complete all tasks within the expected deadlines
Coordinate with DRMD leadership and DON commands to schedule evaluations, conduct interviews and provide evaluation findings
When requested, act as the DON RM subject matter expert on behalf of DRMD during evaluations or interviews with DON commands
Validate and analyze RIM practices, file plans, and supporting documentation received from DON commands, and prepare pre-evaluation assessments
Prepare comprehensive written reports documenting evaluation findings, compliance scores, and actionable recommendations
Edit and revise evaluation procedures, SOP’s and documentation for continuous progress improvement
Communicate with DRMD on the status, findings and operation of the RIM Evaluation Program and make informed proposals for necessary changes
Qualification
Required
Top Secret Security Clearance
3+ year(s) experience working directly with Federal executive level agencies, Department of Defense, or the DON records functions, directives and instructions
Bachelor's Degree in information management related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Ability to direct and collaborate with team members and work independently in support of evaluations (work will be a mix of on-site and telework, with possible travel to evaluations outside of the NCR)
Strong communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to interact professionally with external DON commands, prepare clear and persuasive reports, and present findings to senior officials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint
