Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Information Technology experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred
Good knowledge on Healthcare, Provider Network and Contracting Domains
Experience in Network and provider applications (Provider demographics, Network setup, Contract setup)
hands-on experience on Mainframes (Cobol, JCL and DB2)
Experience in Provider in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test cases
Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like Rally, HP ALM, JIRA etc
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology
Excellent Client Interfacing skills
Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
