Responsibilities
Collect past-due invoices while maintaining strong client relationships
Collaborate with Cash Application and offshore Collections teams
Assist with the development, documentation, and implementation of collection procedures and process improvements
Provide feedback and guidance to offshore Collections team members
Analyze and report on past-due invoice trends, identifying risk levels and root causes of non-payment
Collaborate with onshore team members to improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX requirements
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience with reporting and project-based work
Strong attention to detail
