Account Manager - Hybrid

Risk Management Solutions of America, Inc. (RMSOA) is seeking an Account Manager Hybrid who plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting executive leadership. The role involves providing client service, administrative support, and contributing to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide service to existing clients including updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, and delivering requested documentation
Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies and assist with servicing claims, including regular and after-hour claims
Work with new clients or support a producer to understand client needs, gather underwriting data, research coverage options, present proposals, bind coverage, cancel prior policies, and negotiate with carriers when necessary
Schedule appointments and client calls, or support producers with policy reviews, exposure analysis, liability limits, replacement cost evaluations, account rounding, and renewals
Confer with clients to explain products and services, quote new business, process renewals or cancellations, take payments, and issue documentation
Resolve service issues by identifying concerns, determining root causes, coordinating solutions with carriers, and following up to ensure resolution
Review audits and policies for accuracy and facilitate corrections between clients and carriers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the agency management system
Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calls
Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, reports, and internal documents
Manage correspondence, prioritize communications, and follow up on action items on behalf of leadership
Support operational organization by tracking tasks, deadlines, and projects across departments
Assist with onboarding processes, vendor coordination, and internal workflow improvements as needed
Assist with the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social media platforms
Draft, edit, and organize marketing content including emails, newsletters, social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials
Coordinate branding consistency across client-facing materials, presentations, and outreach campaigns
Support event marketing, community outreach, and promotional efforts
Track and organize marketing assets, campaigns, and performance metrics where applicable
Collaborate with team members across service, sales, and leadership functions
Provide support, mentorship, and expertise to colleagues as needed
Participate in formal and informal meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
