Responsibilities

Systems Engineering senior leadership for the MMIII Secondary Launch Capability (SLC) that includes Command Systems nodes, Support & Training Equipment, System Certification (NS, Airworthiness, Cyber) and Operational Deployment
Driving technical leadership and decision making to successfully achieve key technical program milestones
Ensuring technical rigor and quality into product development lifecycle
Leading cross-functional integration to enable decision making, problem solving and creating outcomes
Primary point of responsibility for MMIII SLC customer leadership coordination for Systems Engineering related topics
Driving coordination with key suppliers for Systems Engineering related topics
Partnering with other team leaders and supporting functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8 years of relevant experience or 6 years with a Masters Degree in STEM
Must be a US Citizen with an Active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Detailed knowledge of MBSE methods and execution practices
Experience leading major technical program milestone reviews (ie, CDRs)
Experience with Systems Engineering leadership through product development lifecycle
Experience leading cross-functional organization
Experience leading geographically dispersed organization
Experience with change management and risk management through product development lifecycle

Preferred

Experience with program management practices related to cost, schedule and baseline management
3+ years of leadership/program management experience
Existing SAP clearance (CJ1 or CJ2)
Experience with Sentinel program
Experience with MMIII program
Experience with Hardware Design, Procurement and Build
Experience with Software Design and Development
Experience with Hardware/Software Integration (IFC Process)
Experience with Nuclear Surety, Cyber and Airworthiness
Experience with Communication subsystems
