InternMonument Realty is seeking a part-time, in-office Social Marketing Intern to support our marketing team and help amplify our brand across all social media platforms. This role involves managing social media posting, attending events for photography and coverage, and assisting with marketing initiatives and office projects.

Responsibilities
Manage posting and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Attend office and community events for photography, short-form video, and social coverage
Assist in creating content for TikTok, Reels, and other social media campaigns
Support agents with social media requests, graphics, and basic video edits
Ensure agent requests are completed accurately and on brand
Coordinate agent requests with the marketing team using Asana
Help manage marketing calendars, office announcements, office events, and quarterly/monthly awards
Track tasks and deadlines, coordinate communications, and assist the marketing team as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
Proficient in Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere preferred)
Experience with Asana, Outlook, and Excel
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an office environment
Preferred
Basic photography and short-form video skills preferred
