Responsibilities
Oversee the full scope of a complex program, ensuring smooth implementation and operational effectiveness
Develop and execute program strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives
Measure program success and report performance insights to leadership
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, providing direction to ensure quality delivery
Identify new technologies, delivery channels, and partnerships to enhance program impact
Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Develop, maintain, and monitor program budgets and financial forecasts
Track expenses against budget and provide clear justification for variances
Present budget insights, program progress, and recommendations to leadership teams
Partner with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
Support filings, data requests, and meetings with regulatory bodies by providing accurate program information
Ensure documentation, reporting, and communication meet regulatory expectations
Communicate program status, milestones, and risks to internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching the right customer audiences
Engage with organizational leadership to support program alignment and strategy execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
6+ years of experience in program management or a related field
Preferred
Advanced program management expertise
Strong ability to communicate insights and recommendations to all levels of leadership
Proven success managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Deep understanding of business drivers and cross‑functional collaboration
Experience managing or leading teams
Ability to work effectively in regulated industries
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to recommend strategic solutions
Familiarity with industry‑specific applications such as customer programs, efficiency initiatives, or energy‑related workflows
