Mid LevelCystems Logic is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics reporting solutions and data frameworks. This role focuses on data engineering, report optimization, dashboard development, and enabling scalable BI architecture while collaborating with various teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Gather and understand requirements create the appropriate design implementation test and deployment strategies and provide sustenance support as necessary
Develop BI and BA Applications utilizing advanced data visualization techniques
Responsible for designing and implementing Business Intelligence reporting with experience in semantic design
Critically review and analyze current standards processes tools and metrics to recommend and implement changes leading to best practices for program execution
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution is a critical skill for the position
Daily maintenance support of dashboards
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
Assists and manages customers through the report requirements and design process
Ability to query data both in relational database and big data platforms can troubleshoot data issues and provide corrective measures
Ability to work with other technical teams across multiple initiatives to provide timely delivery in an enterprise environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree and years of passing
Expertise required in data engineering report design report tuning and performance optimization data analysis and data manipulation
Fundamental understanding of end-to-end business processes and BI systems
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution
Daily maintenance support of dashboards
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
Ability to query data both in relational database and big data platforms can troubleshoot data issues and provide corrective measures
Ability to work with other technical teams across multiple initiatives to provide timely delivery in an enterprise environment
Preferred
Ability to implement business logic with advanced analytic calculations and multiple source
Extensive SQL and PL/SQL skills and knowledge in Oracle and Postgres SQL querying
Expert understanding of multiple modern BI software and visualization tools
Good aesthetic skills and ability to propose visualizations based on requirements
Prior experience with Spotfire
Strong attention to detail
Work effectively with project managers and client stakeholders to understand and refine project requirements and deadlines
Familiar with or have practiced Agile Development
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
