Lead monthly close and financial reporting (US GAAP)
Manage and develop the accounting team
Own inventory and cost accounting processes
Oversee AR processes including billing and cash application
Optimize ERP workflows, reporting, and internal controls
Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting
Qualification
Required
7+ years accounting experience; 3+ years as Controller
Manufacturing accounting experience (inventory & cost)
Strong ERP and Excel skills (Acumatica a plus)
Proven team leadership experience
Hands-on, process-improvement mindset
