Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, enforce best practices, and drive process improvements
Stay current with trends in cloud, data, AI/ML (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines), and emerging technologies
Design/lead cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalability, reliability, and security
Develop data architectures: models, flows, warehousing, ETL, governance, and optimization
Select/integrate technologies like databases (SQL/NoSQL), DevOps/CI/CD tools; document designs

Required

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in software development, focused on cloud architectures and distributed systems
Extensive cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Expertise in databases, data management, warehousing, ETL, and governance
Proficiency in Python (or Java/C#/JS); strong design patterns and principles
DevOps skills: CI/CD, IaC, Docker/K8s, automated testing
Conceptual grasp of LLMs, embeddings, transformers, ML inference/training, RAG/AI orchestration (OpenAI/Anthropic/Google/open-source)
Agile methods; excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving
Proactive leadership, critical thinking, and collaboration in dynamic, sensitive-data settings
