Experience with PPAP, FMEA, APQP and GD&T a must
Perform dimensional studies, layouts and capability studies and summarize results
Implement, monitor and control of corrective actions
Participate in customer RMA’s/complaint investigations
Document control
Maintain gauge calibrations
Practice safe work habits and follow safety rules
Qualification
Required
Experience with PPAP, FMEA, APQP and GD&T a must

Knowledge and Experience using inspection equipment (calipers, height gages, etc.)
Knowledge of PPAP & ISIR reporting
Have a continual improvement mindset
Solid working knowledge using various software (SPC, as well as Office)
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Read and understand engineering drawings
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, preferably in steel, forging or machining
