Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive AI content management strategy that optimizes SharePoint libraries and Microsoft 365 environments for AI ingestion
Act as a strategic advisor to various content-owning teams, building consensus and driving the adoption of new data standards
Lead initiatives to transform legacy Office documents and unstructured data into 'AI-ready' formats through metadata tagging, taxonomy alignment, and automated workflows
Partner with engineering and HR product teams to ensure content strategies align with the broader Microsoft HR AI roadmap
Develop internal 'go-to-market' plans to communicate the value of the data strategy, ensuring stakeholders understand how their content impacts the employee experience (EXP)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in leveraging Generative AI and content intelligence to optimize document lifecycles
Deep technical fluency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva, and the Microsoft 365 suite
Strong understanding of data privacy, responsible AI standards, and compliance within an HR context
Exceptional ability to influence senior leaders and technical teams without direct authority
5+ years in strategic marketing, digital transformation, or management consulting, ideally within a large-scale enterprise environment
