Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising, Marketing, and various legal teams, to perform the following functions:
Advise on the tooling and operations of the legal components of the company's advertising and marketing ecosystems
Lifecycle project management, with the synthesis of business requirements into coherent, cross-functional and cross-software implementations
Identify and institute automation opportunities
Create training and documentation to support cross-functional use of legal solutions
Develop process mechanisms for the handling and analysis of large sets of data
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience as an operations professional, ideally including familiarity with the ads (e.g., internal management of CRM and OMS functions) and marketing industries
Ability to work autonomously and reliably within tight timeframes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Proactive issue-spotting and curiosity
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to exercise sound judgment in the absence of perfect information
Ability to take initiative to identify and solve problems in a business-friendly and solutions-oriented manner
Ability to think strategically, commercially and practically
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Strategic interest and outlook
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Flexibility to work across various projects and teams
Airtable experience is especially important
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Evisort, AirTable, Tableau, Canva, and Publicate are a plus
Experience in Advertising, Ad Ops, or Media
Exposure to legal or contract-related workflows
Familiarity with tools like Evisort (widely understood as a contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contract intelligence platform) or similar contract/document systems
