ConTech Stack Manager

This role serves as the source of truth for all construction technology systems, ensuring stability, integration, and cost-efficiency of the technology ecosystem while enabling innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain a comprehensive Construction Technology Ecosystem Map of all ConTech software across Tellepsen
Conduct regular Feature Overlap Reviews to identify redundant tools (e.g., Bridgit Bench vs. Procore) and provide “cut or keep” recommendations to the VP of ConTech
Map data between ConTech tools; identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, coordinate with the appropriate technical resource, as appropriate
Monitor system stability and address risks related to “dirty data” or disconnected workflows
Establish and enforce approved tools for each workflow (e.g., RFI, submittals, scheduling), with exceptions requiring documented business cases and Steering Committee approval
Develop and maintain ConTech curriculum for onboarding and certification; partner with T&D to integrate role-based learning and renewal programs
Monitor vendor updates and feature releases; coordinate with SMEs and T&D to assess and implement changes to SOPs, training, and integrations
Maintain and report on KPIs for adoption, integration success, and data quality; present findings to the VP of ConTech
Identify and lead opportunities for process optimization and increased adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years experience in construction technology, ERP integrations, or enterprise software architecture
Proven track record in workflow standardization, data governance, and system optimization within construction or similar industries
Deep understanding of construction technology platforms (Procore, Bridgit Bench, Oracle Primavera P6, ERP systems)
Excellent project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to partner with field operations and leadership to drive adoption and cultural change
Proficiency in analytics tools (Power BI, Procore Analytics) for reporting and KPI tracking
Comfortable partnering with technical roles for integration and analytics
Experience with workflow mapping and process improvement
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on technology standards
Demonstrated leadership ability. Able to manage, motivate, communicate, and persuade others
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Timely, transparent, direct, and specific
Must be bright, have a very strong work ethic, persistent and committed
Love for construction, specifically project management
Humility is expected within the Tellepsen Culture
