Administrative Manager of Grants, Finance, and Operations
FISA Foundation is a charitable grantmaking foundation focused on improving the lives of women, girls, and people with disabilities. The Administrative Manager of Grants, Finance, and Operations is responsible for overall administrative support for Foundation operations, including grants management and routine financial management.

Records management
Maintenance of computers and office equipment
Reception duties
Clerical support for staff and board activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
minimum of three years' experience in administrative positions of increasing responsibility
proficiency in Microsoft 365
knowledge of nonprofit financial management
experience with Blackbaud grants administration or similar databases
experience with QuickBooks
