They are seeking a Vibration Technician to work closely with senior technicians to analyze vibration data, perform field balancing, and ensure quality in spindle repairs.

Responsibilities
Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product
Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems
Perform field balancing as required
Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
Certified in vibration analysis
Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred
Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies
Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment
Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective communication skills (oral / written)
No lifting restrictions
Preferred
Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred
Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred
Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus
