Responsibilities
Partner with a team of sales representatives and solutions consultants in the High Tech and General Business verticals to validate scope requirements and assist with solutioning as necessary
Collaborate with practice vertical leads, practice directors and practice managers to determine best approach to professional service offerings based on customer and scope
Manage and prioritize professional services engagement opportunities
Create statements of work and develop price estimates for professional services efforts
Manage and prioritize requests from both Direct and Account Management teams
Maintain professional services engagement updates within our internal sales force automation system to manage and prioritize professional services sales opportunities
Develop, deliver and sell a high-impact professional services value proposition
Participate in meetings with prospective customers to present and discuss pricing and contract details in a statement of work
Provide explanations to prospects for questions regarding statements of work and Oracle NetSuite offerings
Negotiate with prospects regarding inclusions/exclusions in the scope of the SOW and update pricing accordingly
Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of numerous factors
Demonstrate experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
Conduct knowledge transfer meetings for the professional services implementation team
Acquire and/or maintain an understanding of Oracle NetSuite ERP and associated solutions
Assist customers with mapping their budget and priorities to a scope and deployment strategy
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
Experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions
Experience creating statements of work and developing price estimates
Strong negotiation, customer relationship and consulting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing
Preferred
5 OR MORE years of relevant professional experience
5 OR MORE years of consulting experience preferred
Experience implementing, administering, optimizing or using NetSuite ERP or competing ERP offering(s)
Experience with financial services / banking software application solutions
Experience preparing and presenting solution value propositions
Experience using AI tools to assist with daily work responsibilities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
