Responsibilities
Provide incredible customer service to both the teams you support and our customers
Execute both standard and customized floorplans for both on and off-site events
Transform event spaces by setting up and breaking down tents and tables/chairs, decorating tabletops, cleaning the interior and exterior space, hanging pip and drape and backdrops, and moving/loading/delivering kitchen and general equipment needed for execution of menus
Use knowledge of standard equipment (plumping, power panels, electrical needs, generators) to ensure setups are safe for both employees and guests
Perform upkeep, cleaning, and general maintenance of buildings, equipment, supplies, grounds, and fleet of trucks; recognize for complex problems and contact correct resources to issues or perform repairs
Assist with specialists with ad hoc requests and tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
Demonstrated experience with independently tracking and managing multiple priorities and tasks
Computer skills; experience with and skills in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Certified in CPR and AED
