Execute the roadmap for Document to Data and Imaging functions within Mortgage Servicing
Align departmental goals with broader organizational objectives, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
Manage end-to-end processes for validating document data against boarded data in servicing systems
Oversee document imaging workflows, OCR utilization, and quality assurance protocols to ensure data integrity
Ensure timely and accurate processing of document ingestion
Maintain and enforce Selene taxonomy standards for document indexing within the imaging system
Lead and mentor a small U.S.-based team of leaders and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Direct offshore support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to SLAs
Drive adoption and optimization of OCR and advanced automation tools to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual intervention
Partner with IT and vendor teams to evaluate and implement cutting-edge solutions for document imaging and data validation
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across all processes
Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks related to document handling and data integrity
Qualification
Required
10+ years in mortgage servicing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in loan transfers, document-to-data validation, and document imaging processes
Hands-on experience with OCR technology and its application in large-scale operations
Experience working in ICE Mortgage Technology MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform)
Deep understanding of all mortgage product types, including Business Purpose Loans, HELOCs, and conventional products
Familiarity with post-loan boarding processes and servicing system integrations
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities across global teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills
Ability to manage vendor relationships and technology implementations effectively
Preferred
Experience with automation tools and AI-driven document processing
Background in managing offshore teams and global operations
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
