Altera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager Intern to join their Robotics team for the summer. This role involves supporting project planning, execution, and coordination between teams to ensure smooth program delivery and value generation.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing initiatives
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to coordinate tasks and track progress
Help run baseline performance analysis
Participate in meetings, capture action items, and follow up with stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership updates
Conduct research to support program decisions (e.g., competitive analysis, customer needs, market insights)
Contribute to documentation, including requirements, specifications, and program tracking materials

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate program (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field)
Strong organizational and project‑management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience in Robotics
Proficiency in productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or equivalents)

Preferred

Interest in program management, product development, or technology strongly preferred
