Responsibilities
Champion the adoption and integration of Generative AI across the organization
Build, mentor, and lead customer success teams focused on Gen AI solutions
Identify business challenges and design Gen AI-driven solutions to address them
Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and workshops to educate stakeholders on Gen AI capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Gen AI initiatives from ideation to implementation
Influence and guide senior stakeholders in strategic decision-making regarding Gen AI adoption
Stay current with Gen AI trends, technologies, and best practices
Ensure ethical and responsible deployment of Gen AI in line with organizational standards
Contribute to the development of Gen AI technology stacks and frameworks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in AI technologies, with a strong focus on Generative AI in the last 2+ years
Demonstrated experience in building and leading pre-sales teams
Proven ability to identify business problems and solve them using Gen AI
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Experience influencing and educating stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of Gen AI models, frameworks, and technology stacks
Experience integrating Gen AI solutions with existing business systems
Experience working with top consulting firms
Bachelor's degree in computer science or another related field is required
Preferred
Exposure to enterprise-scale Gen AI deployments
Familiarity with ethical, privacy, and governance considerations in Gen AI
Master's degree is preferred
