Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain a robust network of referral sources (insurance adjusters, agents, plumbers, and facility managers)
Identify and secure new commercial and residential restoration opportunities
Represent MGM Restoration at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings
Develop and implement targeted local marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
Track leads, follow up diligently, and report on sales performance
Qualification
Required
Restoration Experience (Required): You must understand the industry (water, fire, mold, etc.) and the unique needs of our clients
Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in outside sales or business development with a history of hitting targets
Communication Mastery: You are persuasive, professional, and excellent at building instant rapport
Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for instructions; you see an opportunity and go after it
Reliability: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential
