Define system objectives, develop technical specifications, and handle all phases of application and systems programming to address complex problems efficiently
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in application program development
3+ years' experience in systems analysis Universe or UniData
Experience with application development support software packages
Experience in an Agile Environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience setting up and using automated testing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Expertise in PICK Basic, wIntegrate, and/or Unix and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization
Previous Healthcare and/or TPA experience
