Responsibilities

Supporting the clinical laboratory's daily oversight by promoting efficient workflows
Providing coaching
Addressing troubleshooting and issue resolution as they arise
Serving as a key communication link between laboratory staff and upper management
Offering ongoing support to the laboratory team
Ensuring all procedures are performed in accordance with established scientific methodologies and specialized analytical techniques
Maintaining full compliance with applicable regulatory standards
Supervising day-to-day laboratory operations
Ensuring adherence to quality management system policies and procedures
Monitoring employee productivity
Providing guidance and coaching to support performance and operational excellence

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in scienceHigh complexity molecular testingLaboratory operations supervisionQuality management systemsCoachingGuidance

Required

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in science related field
Minimum of 1 (CAP) year of experience in high complexity molecular testing (CAP)
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
