Responsibilities
Support the project controls team with cost and schedule tracking across multiple tool install packages
Assist in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and applying contracted Schedule of Rates (SORs) to monitor contractor payments
Track project performance against budgets and schedules, identifying variances and assisting in corrective actions
Coordinate closely with field and scheduling teams to maintain alignment with the master project schedule
Assist with change order tracking, risk logs, and earned value reporting
Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for client stakeholders
Maintain organized records of documentation related to cost, schedule, and contract management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
A minimum of 4 years' experience in project controls cost engineering
A minimum of 4 years' experience in project controls
Exposure to BOQ/SOR-based contracting or cost/schedule reporting is a plus
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with scheduling or cost software (e.g., Primavera P6, Prism, or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Willingness to learn and grow in a high-performance project environment
Preferred
Experience working on large complex capital projects in the energy industry
Experience with SAP
