Responsibilities
Lead our US GAAP technical initiatives, on complex areas like ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), Stock-Based Comp, and Internally Developed Software
Drive the preparation of public-company-ready financial statements and SEC-compliant reporting, ensuring we are 'IPO-ready' at all times
Partner with Sales and Ops to analyze complex contracts—including bundled payments and value-based care—to ensure seamless revenue recognition
Lead and prepare reporting docs and analysis for company transactions including Stock Equity, Combinations, and revenue recognition
Assist with build out of financial reporting including preparation of cash flow statements, income analysis, balance sheet recs, and financial statements
Work with Financial Transformational and finance team to create financial reports for external auditor coordination and internal stakeholders
Assist Sales, Marketing and brands Team with Revenue Sales Cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Economic and or Accounting is needed
6+ years of Public Accounting and or working at a publicly trade company is needed
Strong GAAP, Technical Accounting, and SEC Reporting Experience is needed
Preferred
CPA is preferred
