Supply Chain Operations Manager
Dawnrise is a rapidly growing company that supplies major retailers with high-quality products. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee inventory, ordering, day-to-day activities, and project management.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage inventory levels, including tracking, stock replenishment, and demand forecasting
Coordinate and manage the ordering process, ensuring timely procurement and delivery
Implement and refine operational procedures to improve workflow and reduce costs
Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and major retail clients to maintain strong business relationships
Lead project management initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to assess operational effectiveness
Support and mentor team members to enhance overall department performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, or supply chain setting
Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members
Preferred
Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
