Responsibilities

Deploy PC’s and all peripherals as requested
Test connectivity and functionality of installed devices
Provide timely and accurate support to the all desktop users
Trouble shoot and resolve user issues
Escalate issues as needed
Request Assistance from other IT Departments as needed
Assist other IT Departments as requested

Provide timely and accurate support to all desktop users
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
Escalate issues as needed
Request assistance from other IT Departments as needed
Assist other IT Departments as requested
