5+ years expDimensional Fund Advisors is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high touch support to a team of Vice Presidents in the Marketing department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail while managing multiple critical requests and performing diversified administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Proactive calendar management including scheduling and managing conflicts
Being strategic when it comes to managing calendars, coming up with solutions for more efficient and effective uses of time
Prepare meeting materials using various tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Coordinate and manage global travel arrangements
Answer and screen incoming calls
Prepare and submit travel and expense reports in a timely manner
Coordinate and set up department wide meetings such as all hands, strategy group etc
Provide support when employees in department have questions around travel and expenses
Special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Minimum of 5+ years of direct work experience supporting senior level management
Ability to bring positive energy to all situations and interactions
Able to work productively in a team environment
Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to uphold strict level of confidentiality
Ability to work across teams and with a variety of projects and constituencies
Experience with online expense reporting and travel tools; Concur is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
