Pegasus: IT Value Acceleration Services is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their team. The role involves participating in the entire development process, ensuring the quality of software through various review and testing processes, and managing the transition of completed elements to support functions.

Responsibilities

The Software Developer will be part of the entire development process starting from Requirements, Design, and Coding & Delivery through to Transition & Operations mode
Quality of the Software, using Design Reviews, Code Reviews, Testing, and Acceptance plans
Document and monitor solution development to make sure that the design requirements are met
Support lab testing and extensive customer acceptance processes
Inform project status, schedule, and key issues to management on regular basis
Follow the change control process
Ensure documentation is compiled as part of development process
Manage transition of completed elements to Support Functions

Required

5+ years of software development/consulting/support experience, preferably in a number of distinct industries/verticals
Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations
Competence in at least one of the following languages (in no particular order): Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, Perl, Scala, Go
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Experience with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus
Experience working with public cloud technologies specifically AWS, Azure & GCP

Preferred

Experience with containers including Docker/Swarm/Kubernetes preferred
