New Grad, Entry LevelCentral Bank is seeking a Floating Teller to work in a fast-paced environment across their banking centers. The role involves providing teller account services, handling financial transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet the financial needs of customers.

Responsibilities
Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner
Balance daily work and assigned cash drawer, and research differences where applicable
Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner always, even in difficult situations
Demonstrate quality customer service by incorporating the Legendary Service Standards
Recognize and interpret customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer
Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services
Actively participate in the branch sales program and goal achievement
Perform teller functions in accordance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school Diploma or GED Certificate
Basic math skills
Intermediate PC and typing skills
Ability to count U.S. currency
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Strong customer relations skills
Ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner
Must enjoy customer interactions including actively looking for referral opportunities in a customer-centric manner
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 20 lbs
Preferred
Cash Handling And/or Customer Service Experience
